I am a Speculative Artist and I look to current affairs for inspiration.  People’s emotions are the most significant to any piece of my work.  The human emotion is the most important thing to my work.  The reaction that I strive for is more an active reaction rather than a passive one.  I want someone to be affected by my work rather than think it looked nice. My work is similar to Science Fiction.

 

I set a futuristic scenario that projects how I think society might react to a particular technology today.  I look for stories in the media that have a lot to do with human biology.  I like to think I have a positive yet cautious outlook on today's technology and that is how I want my work to be perceived.

 

I will use whatever material is appropriate to the theme of my work.  I will aim to make a believable scenario that enables the audience to believe that these scenarios could be a possibility of the future.
